Wellness Riot is a wellness and lifestyle coaching business providing a simple and personal approach to optimal health. My fresh and in demand philosophy includes listening to and spending time with you, the client, and partnering with you as you make lifestyle changes.
This approach is different than the current scenario where clients get very little time with their healthcare provider and are typically given solutions that only mask their symptoms instead of getting to the root cause of the issue.

Who
I'm Jill Bucaro and I've been interested in healthy living for decades. That alone shouldn't convince you that I'd be a great health coach, because let's face it, I'm also interested in using my laptop, but you wouldn't want me to teach a class on the operating system. So to add on to my interest, which has really become a passion, I sought education. I am an NBHWC Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I absolutely love working together with clients to come up with a plan that works. This is a team effort because while I may have the education and experience, nobody knows you better than you and gosh darn it, that's important. Do you like to take small steps or are you a leaper? Or maybe somewhere in the middle? There's no wrong answer and just the fact that you might know that about yourself is a great start. Why programs?
Programs are, hands down, one of the best ways to make long lasting lifestyle changes. We will work together to address your health concerns and come up with a custom plan that guides you to being your best self. These programs are done via video conferencing.

Time & an ear: Two ears, actually! I will listen to you to best understand your health issues and goals and find the most appropriate solutions.
Communication between sessions: Ask me a question, ask for clarification, text me a photo of ingredient label, I’m here to support you between sessions
Integrative support: I will help support you while you work with your doctor. Whether you are preparing for a procedure, trying to combat the side effects of medication or you’ve received a diet recommendation, but don’t know where to start, I can guide you through.
